6. Insurance Recommendation
- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, loss of baggage, and other travel-related risks.
- So Simple Trip is not responsible for any personal loss, damage, illness, injury, or death during the trip.
- In case of medical emergencies or accidents, all costs must be borne by the traveler.
7. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- We act only as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, tour operators).
- We are not liable for any delays, changes, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party vendors or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).
8. Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully during their trip.
- Any misconduct or unlawful activity may result in termination of services without refund.
9. Force Majeure
- We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
