Cancellation Policy – So Simple Trip

1. General Policy
At So Simple Trip, we take pride in offering competitive travel packages and working with trusted hotel and activity partners across Thailand. As all our bookings are made in advance with fixed arrangements, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received.
2. No Refund Clause
Please note the following:
- All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- This includes bookings for:
- Hotel reservations
- Tour packages
- Sightseeing activities
- Transfers and transportation
- Visa services and related add-ons
- Even if the booking was made weeks or months in advance, no refund will be issued if the customer cancels.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services or last-minute changes to the itinerary.
3. Modifications
We understand that plans can change. While refunds are not possible, we may assist with rescheduling or modifying bookings, depending on availability and approval from our local partners. However:
- Changes are not guaranteed.
- Additional fees may apply.
- Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original travel date.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of:
- Trip cancellation by So Simple Trip due to force majeure or operational issues.
- In such cases, a partial refund or future travel credit may be issued at our discretion.
5. Agreement to Policy
By confirming a booking with So Simple Trip, the customer agrees to this cancellation policy in full. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand this policy before making any payment.
